Today means so much more than just my birthday. Today marks one whole year of being part of this team β and I can say without any hesitation that this has been one of the best years of my life. Not just because of the work, but because of the people. Because of YOU.
When I joined, I was nervous, I was eager, and I was hoping I would find my place. I had no idea I would find THIS β a team that genuinely shows up for each other, a boss who truly sees and believes in the people around them, and a workplace that feels like a second home. Watching each of your faces in that video, hearing your words, knowing the effort you put into making today special for me β I am beyond touched.
To my Manager @jasmeetsanand β what you said about me ever is something I will never forget. Your belief in me has pushed me to grow in ways I didn't think were possible in just one year. Every time you trusted me, challenged me, and guided me β it shaped the professional and person I am becoming. Thank you for leading with so much heart.
